Mariage conceptuel

Un mariage et un concept !

Steve et Joanie se marient…avec un petit plus! Le couple souhaite envoyer une carte de remerciement sur laquelle on les voit en panne d’essence sur une route de campagne pittoresque. La mise en situation était complète, avec le capot levé et le bagage en faux zèbre ! J’ai adoré être le photographe de ce mariage simple, plein de grâce et original !

A wedding with a concept !

Steve and Joanie get married but with a twist! They want to prepare their “thank you” card by setting up a car stall on a beautiful country road. The hitchhiking act and a zebra-pattern bag make the scene more credible! Overall, I loved being the photographer for this simple, graceful and original wedding !

Voilà vers quoi mon imagination m’a mené alors que ma raison trouvait tout simplement que mes enfants grandissaient trop vite… Quelques photos de Jack, un peu de Photoshop et une intégration virtuelle dans un environnement réel. Assister à un spectacle, c’est un grand plaisir. Assister à un spectacle sur scène ou dans les coulisses, c’est une toute autre affaire ! Voici quelques spectacles auxquels j’ai eu le plaisir d’assister en tant que photographe. Watching a concert from a spectator point-of-view is pretty amazing! To watch the same show from the actual stage or next to it, is even better! Session de photos en action !

Prendre des photos dans un aréna intérieur est un vrai défi ! L’éclairage est généralement très clair et fluorescent. Trouver le bon équilibre des blancs permet que la glace n’ait pas un aspect sale ou grisâtre. J’ai utilisé une 70-200mm f/2.8 avec un ISO élevé de 3200 et une vitesse d’obturation de 1/1000 de seconde.

Action Photo Shoot !

Taking photos in an interior skating rink is a challenge! The lighting is generally very bright and flourescent. Getting the right white balance will help prevent the ice from looking dirty or gray. Having a fast camera is essential for almost any type of sports photography. I used a 70-200mm f/2.8 lens with a high ISO of 3200 with a shutter speed of 1/1,000 of a second.

Les enfants

Des photos de vos enfants !

Les enfants grandissent tellement rapidement… Prendre quelques belles photos d’eux permet de conserver des souvenirs de leur jeunesse ! Je suis un fier père de trois enfants, un peu gêné d’avouer que je ne prends pas autant de photos que je ne le voudrais! N’attendez pas une occasion spéciale pour sortir votre caméra de son étui. Saisir des instants du quotidien de votre enfant vous aidera à vous rappeler chaque étape de sa croissance. Il lit un livre, il dessine un soleil jaune souriant, il joue avec le chat? Prenez-le en photo !

Kids…camera-shy ?

Kids grow fast so taking some nice photos of them will keep the memory of their youth crisp and sharp! I’m a proud father of three and I am embarrassed to say, I don’t take as many photos of them as I should! I recommend that you do not wait for that special occasion to pull the camera out of its case. Snapping a picture of your child doing everyday things will help you recall how he or she was growing up daily. Reading a book, drawing a smiling yellow sun, playing the family pet; take that photo!
